There were so many great ones but I had some favorites. They usualy were the ones with guest or the on the road shows.
My favorite shows included guests Like Ozzy,Slayer,Megadeth,Metallica,AC/DC
I also loved the best off shows.
The last Headbangers Ball ever even though it was sad beacuse it was all over was a great show.It was a two hour best of show and the only show they had in 95.
Other great ones were with Ozzy.I have a great one in the studio in 91 with him and a young Jack Osbourne were they join Rikki for the whole show as guest hosts and its a rock blocks edition very good show.
Ozzy In New orleands on the No More tours show was great.Ozzy the theatre of Madness show was also great.
Anthrax were always great guest my favorite shows with them were the two trail of noise shows.
Megadeth had some great shows they did like the sky diving mission megadeth show.I also liked the show with megadeth and suicidal in Flordia and the Clash of the titans shows.
The Metallica contest winner show was great from 1994 in San Francisco also.
These are just a few there are so many more.
Just wondering which ones some of you guys loved.

For me it is the Decade of Metal Marathon show. A close second would be when Sam Kinison hosted.

I always liked the shows with Ace Frehley on them. I remember watching all of the shows with Ace on them. I'm a big Kiss fan and was always especially a fan of Ace so that's probably why. The shows that stand out to the most to me are probably because I remember watching them like the 1st show with Guns N' Roses as the guests from 87 and then I seen GN'R live with Motley Crue just a few weeks later when they were opening for the Crue on the Girls, Girls, Girls tour. The 89 Halloween show w/Alice Cooper hosting was cool too.

I'd have to say that my favorite was the one where Michael Monroe hosted. It was cool seeing him and Andy McCoy walking down the street in Tokyo (I think) and being approached by fans.
Cool times.

I don't remember that many episodes, but there was one in 89 or 90 with Scorpions hosting. I was pretty obsessed with Scorpions at the time (they are still my favorite band). I Also, even though it was in the later years when they were playing less metal I really enjoyed the spring break episode where Rikki and Alice in Chains went to a waterpark. It was so different from the typical MTV spring break crap and I thought that was really cool. I'll probably have a better idea after I can get some videos from one of you.
