Just a heads up to everyone here to steer clear of trading with this guy. He was supposed to send me 25 headbangers ball tapes in a trade. I went against good advice and sent him 25 dvd's first on Oct. 1. 20 days later, I have no tapes and the only thing this guy can offer is excuses. This is still a great site, I have traded with several traders here and have never had any problems. I just don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

I sent 25 dvds to metalboi and 3 months later, i have not received my dvd's from him.
He said that he had family problems, and i've been waiting for a prudential time, but i think 3 months are enough time to go to the post office and send the packet.

I haven't seen his name on the list of recent visitors within the past few days, but my guess is he is our invisible user that I see down there. Am I right Metalboi? No balls? You made a deal with these people, man up to it.

Oh boy (or should I say Oh boi LOL!) I see that metalboi has been making alot of friends here. I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later that one bad apple would show up and try to spoil it for the whole bunch.
I have also traded with most of you, if not all of you at one time or another and I haven't had any problems with anybody here so far. I haven't traded with him so I don't know what his story is. But I googled his e-mail address and got this www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=[e-mail]&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq= Looks like he has a habit of doing stuff like this.
I'm an understanding person so I understand sometimes things can happen and all of that but has he come through on any of the trades that he promised to any of you? Just let me know and I will ban him and his other user names. Yes he has been back just so you all know. I personally don't want anybody like this around here that is just causing trouble or ripping people off.
All that I need is a show of hands from those of you who think he should be banned and he's gone.

Not only is he a bad trader so I hear as I never have traded with him,he hounds you with a whole bunch of fucking annoying emails day in and day out if you choose not to trade with or sell to him.I finaly got him off my case after a month.I'm sorry you guys were trying to be nice and this shit stain fucked you over.

I traded with him and he actually did follow through with his end of the deal. However, what Mike said is 100% true. The only reason not to ban him is that he doesn't seem to come around here anymore anyway.

As with Keir I completed a trade with him too, I made him send first because I thought something was funny. My guess is that he was trying to gain our trust & then he would have got us too. You say he has been back? Is he registering different names? I don't really care if he's banned or not because as long as we look out for each other he won't get anyone else on this board. Unless he uses a different identity, in that case the ban will be useless.

Admin, you say you're understanding and sometimes things just happen. This doesn't just happen, this is someone with intentions of ripping people off (the link you posted shows proof of that).

I know Metalboi from sleazeroxx as well, he goes by the name sleazeboi. He was accused over there of having multiple identities, keep your heads up.

tips for trading:
-start out with small trades
-if someone contacts you, ask them to send first
-google search their e-mail address
-never trust anyone who spells boy "boi"

I also had the "pleasure" of trading with metalboi and he never sent anything back. In fact, he claimed he never got my cds. Now that I've seen that he's been doing it to other people as well I'm pretty sure he got them. And I'm also sure he's using a different nickname now. I don't know if he should be banned or not but if he's using a different name I guess he can always pm new members without posting anything on the board so no one would know it's him.

Later Metalboi. Metalboi has been banned. Both of his usernames have been banned. Sorry about this everybody.
I hate to ban anybody but I can't just sit back and let them do what they're doing. The bottom line is, it's wrong and I will not have that here. Most of the people here seem to be good people.
That's the way I want it.
It's hard to know what to do when they come through on trades for some people and don't come through for other people. Or do 1 trade with a person that goes well and then screws them on the 2nd trade. But when they are just outright ripping people off then I will ban them immediately. There's no excuse for that.
Obviously it is impossible for me to pre-screen everybody that comes here so I don't even want to try to do that. But what swervncarz said is true be careful who you deal with. Even if I were to try and set tighter restrictions on this board, people could still e-mail you without becoming a member and do the same thing.
But anyway, he is gone now and hopefully gone for good.
